As above so below

As within so without

It is my intention to honor others in their body, mind and spirit, while harboring a space that is rooted in authenticity and respect. In my observation and experience, embodiment is not linear, yet cyclical in nature with ebbs and flows, circles and cycles just like the seasons. Therefore, this work is rooted in curiosity, and compassion for the process. It starts within, it spreads without.

Just like a ripple.

I am a mother of two, and my own initiation into motherhood, along with attending and witnessing births, has profoundly shaped my experience and the birthing practices I now offer. I weave together journaling, bodywork, movement, breath awareness, yoga, and restorative practices to safely and gradually come back home to softness, nourishment, storytelling, authentic connection, and deeper embodiment.

My personal experience and recovery journey with cystic acne and bulimia has been complex, potent, slow and a profound catalyst for continuing to inform and embrace my relationship to my body and my inner landscape. This has shaped the way I approach skin care and wholeness with curiosity and compassion. I share perspectives and practices not to “fix” anything, but to invite in and expand the capacity for a nervous system that can be present with the full spectrum of one’s humanness, exactly where it’s at.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician (Aveda Institute Dallas, 2013), a 200-hour RYT trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Ashtanga yoga, and trained in mindfulness and energetic meditation (Healing House Yoga) and a certified holistic doula (The Matrona).

My current studies and practices in IFS (parts work), and Healing Touch deepen and expand my work.

With gratitude and respect for the traditions that guide me, I remain a forever student,

above all leaning into the practice and human-ness of just being, always being enough.

“Unconditional acceptance of who you are, what you are, and where you are aligns heart and mind.”

With love,
